WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS.
DAMAGED PRODUCT CLAIMS REQUIRE AN UNBOXING VIDEO. ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT CLAIMS HAVE TO BE SUPPORTED WITH AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE ORDER. THE CUSTOMER MUST MAKE A CLEAR VIDEO OF OPENING THE BOX AND UNBOXING ALL ARTICLES FROM IT AT THE TIME WHEN THEY FIRST OPEN THE BOX.
RETURNED ORDERS IN CASE OF DAMAGE ISSUE, TO BE PACKED AND RECEIVED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. WE WOULD REQUIRE THE RETURNED ITEMS TO HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL PACKING. THE MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. WE WOULD ALSO REQUIRE ALL ORIGINAL PAPERS TO BE RETURNED WITH THE PRODUCT.
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WE OFFER An exchanged product. An unboxing video is must.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY OFFER REFUNDS/exchanges FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. AFTER 5 DAYS, WE will be UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY REFUNDS. ADDITIONALLY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY REFUND REQUEST IF THE DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE OR HANDLING OF THE PRODUCT.
